How to accrue miles?
Whenever you make a reservation for a flight operated by TAP Portugal (all code-share flights operated by TAP partner airlines are excluded from this definition) you only need to inform your SATA IMAGINE card number and afterwards present the card at the check-in desk. These miles will be credited in your account as bonus miles.

For miles accrual please note that some TAP fare codes will grant you more or less miles according to the following scheme:

How to issue award tickets for TAP flights?
With a simple request through your SATA IMAGINE account on the website, with a simple phone call to our Call Center or contacting any of our sales office you can check if there are available seats for TAP flights and request an award ticket issuance with your SATA IMAGINE miles. The award tickets in flights operated by TAP must be issued in the 48 hours following the confirmation of the reservation. Click here to know how many miles are necessary to issue your award ticket.
Can I transfer miles from SATA IMAGINE card to TAP Miles&Go or vice-versa?
No. It is not possible to transfer miles between the two programs.
Can I accumulate miles in SATA IMAGINE card and TAP Miles&Go card simultaneously?
No. It is not possible to accumulate miles in both cards.
How to change or cancel award tickets on TAP flights?
Refunds or changes on award tickets are subject to the conditions stated in the SATA IMAGINE regulation. To address these requests please contact any of our services.
How to claim missing TAP flights?
Keep always the original boarding pass of your flights and a copy of your ticket.
The easier way to request missing flights is doing it through your personal SATA IMAGINE webpage clicking on the option “claim missing miles”.
You can also contact any of our sales office and deliver the original boarding pass and a copy of your ticket.
Can I request upgrades with miles redemption for TAP flights?
No. It is not possible to use your miles to request upgrades for TAP flights.
As a SATA IMAGINE Silversky or Goldsky member do I have access to the lounges when flying in TAP flights?
No, Goldsky members only have access to the lounge on flights operated by Azores Airlines.
