Azores Airlines will be strengthening its operations to the Azores during the Easter period and the Carnation Revolution national holiday to accommodate the expected increase in demand during these periods.
The additional flights will be introduced on the regular operation between Porto and Ponta Delgada on April 17, 21, and 27, and the Lisbon < > Pico route on April 25, while additional seats will also be offered on the Funchal < > Ponta Delgada route on April 11, 18, and 25, using equipment with greater capacity.
These additional flights are already available for booking through the airline's website, contact center, airline sales desks, and travel agencies.
Alongside this expanded schedule, Azores Airlines will maintain the usual connections between the Azores and the three mainland Portuguese airports (Porto, Lisbon, and Faro) and its international routes to North America and mainland Europe.
Azores Airlines and SATA Air Açores, both part of the SATA Group, continuously monitor market demand to optimize capacity and adjust operations in line with commercial feasibility and operational viability.
