SATA Group Airlines's Contact Center extends its hours to permanent availability

 

From November 1st, SATA Group's airlines will have a 24-hour, 7-day customer service schedule. 

"The time change now implemented reflects the ongoing commitment of SATA Group airlines to provide a service adapted to the customers' needs. SATA Call Center, from now on, will be available in different destinations and adapted to different time zones", says Teresa Gonçalves, CEO of the SATA Group. 

The SATA Call Center is available through 296 209 720 (in Portuguese territory) or +351 296 209 720 from other locations. 

The SATA Group Call Center's (of SATA Air Azores and Azores Airlines) customer service is dedicated to commercial service, namely information about flight schedules and fares, bookings and payments, special requests, and general information for the passenger, as well as addressing SATA IMAGINE members' dedicated services, the airlines' frequent flyer program.
