SATA Azores Airlines has launched a new mobile app so that its passengers can make the most of the airline's services.
Considering that mobile phones are the most popular device among passengers, the airlines developed the new app to communicate more effectively with their passengers and to reinforce other digital platforms, such as the website and social media.
The new SATA Azores Airlines app is accessible from Play Store (for Android systems) or Apple Store (for IOS systems).
The app is free of charge and allows passengers to check flight schedules and flight status; book flights quickly and conveniently; or simply check-in. The app also provides access to the passenger’s SATA IMAGINE account and miles credited. Passengers can also check information about inflight services and, for instance, details concerning luggage allowance.
The new app intents to offer a smoother and more pleasant travel experience, from booking to arrival at the destination.
